How can i increase screen buffer as i can see a few lines only?

    Hi

    How can i increase screen buffer as i can see a few lines only?

    Can't scroll up a lot :(

    Depends on your SSH client app and if it supports changing it. SecureCRT SSH client i use i set it to max 128000 lines :)

    Putty and yes it support changing it but never had an issue :)

    Don't know why i have that issue :(

    Lines of scrollback 2000
    But i can see about 40

    The problem exist only when i use screen :(

    Still scroll back doesn't work on screen session.

    from previous post, looks like putty is limiting you then

    I am having the same:

    Code:
    [[email protected] ~]# cat ~/.screenrc
defscrollback 200000
    Damn is only limiting me on screen and not on normal ssh session.....
