   Hi, would you recommend a tool to monitor any 500 errors, bad gateway that could give FPM?
   
   If with gui it would be better, nodequery or nixstats do it?

   nginx amplify can monitor http status codes AFAIK along with PHP-FPM monitoring PHP-FPM - How to configure PHP-FPM Status Monitoring with Nixstats & Nginx Amplify
