Hetzner massively increased prices, now where to go?

    I'm looking for 4 CPU and 8 CPU dedicated servers.

    I was planning on setting up a dedicated server with CMM. Based on my research on this forum, I see many people recommended Hetzner. So I signed up with them, got through their verification system, and then just yesterday Hetzner massively increased their prices and now it's cost prohibitive to go this route.

    Any other sources for dedicated server hosting that have better value?

    I use a UK based hosting company allhost.io

    They have been great for me an affordable too.

    Yeah Hetzner dedicated pricing is insane now and even some of their VPS servers have hiked

    OVH is one option though their prices are up too and even retroactively increase pricing on existing servers to spread the costs. If current server is ok, maybe wait to this Black Friday for deals though might be on the hiked new prices.

    Before ram/ssd price jumps was already planning looking at new dedicated deals to get in before price hikes, but then OVH retroactively increased prices on existing servers so in this environment you never know with web hosting prices if you pay month to month. Only limited guarantee is if you prepay for 12-24-36 months in advance to lock in prices. Month to month you still can get price hikes.

    Some of my paid clients are hiring me to get their increased hosting costs under control based on their budgets and resource requirements. Imagine saving $144K/yr in hosting costs!
