Wordpress Headway theme builder issue

Anyone use Headway theme builder? I get this error message:

I've tried to do everything that I can to resolve this but have come up with nothing. the "app.js" file is presently located in the correct directory. Is there anything that would block this from working properly in the beta02 ?
