Renew multi domain Comodo certificate

Hello

I have a multi domain ssl certificate from Namecheap and Comodo and i don't remember how i was renew it so i can repeat it now...

It is set to the hostname like server.domain.com and then two more domains added...

Don't remember if i must use the csr from hostname or from a domain and then the generated chained file if i must use it on all domains and hostname...

I got a bit confused and when i tried a few things i got key mismatched ....

Now i am getting this:

I thought the issue was related to a blank line at the bottom so i delete it using a unix editor to not break anything but i am still getting the same error...

Any ideas?

 

Problem solved but don't know if that is the proper way

I just didn't bundle anything and i was using the downloaded .crt file and replace the old one...
