   I'm currently running Centos 7 and Chrony 3.4 installed.
   I need to setup time sync with NTS support.
   
   Chrony 4.x has NTS, but there is no package for Centos 7

   Anyone know if it is possible to install Chrony 4.x?

   Nope only 3.4 in CentOS 7 https://pkgs.org/search/?q=chrony
