Should I Upgrade the Kernel?

    Should I Upgrade the kernel?
    uname -r
    Code:
    3.10.0-514.21.2.el7.x86_64
    The latest Stable is 4.12
    Will I have any problem upgrading? Is it recommended upgrading?

    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+
    Generally, if you don't know what you're doing or implications of using non-standard CentOS kernel or how to revert the changes if there are problems, then I'd stick with CentOS provided kernels :)

    The only reason this question came on my mind is because of Google's BBR :)

    Maybe try it on test vps and not live production vps first ;)
