    issue = not able to log in via pure-ftpd ? or site down ?

    Now the ftp is working fine but the website is down although it was up one hour ago.

    Now it's up but I don't know what happened. I only reset the A record to the default at my DigitalOcean server but when I checked my domain at intoDns I found this error with A record so what should it be ?

    if the www version of domain didn't have valid A record, then yes if you access via www version it will be down

    Global DNS Propagation Checker - What's My DNS? is useful to test non-www and www of your domain A record to ensure it's worldwide populated could be your dns wasn't properly updated and propagated yet
