Wordpress from dev to prod help !!!

    i have question,i have centminmod on production server and i have it also install local for dev wordpress how i can transfer wordpress from dev to prod and control it with git i mean git between dev and prod or there is other idea.Thank you for help

    @Matt Williams might have a better idea or experience with git backed wordpress ?

    quick google reveals there is
    never used any of these but looks interesting as something to add to centmin.sh menu option 22's wordpress installer !

    not sure how each of them deal with database side vs file versioning in git
