From Email - Free @yourdomain.com Email Accounts & Alternatives, Zoho Mail for free and paid = GSuite are still good.

3rd party is still better than self hosting due to uptime, spam/antivirus protection and reliability. If you think about it email is very important to web hosting/online site operations as so many crucial services are tied to it i.e. domain registrar, social media accounts, web hosting etc.

    Is GSuite is free?
or currently only Zoho is free?

May you advise me how to configure Zoho or GSuite with centmin and DNS?

PS. Is it possible to use one Zoho account and few domains?
or 1 free Zoho account = 1 domain?

1 domain only for the free account.
I guess you could register different account with different names :p but on 1 free account you can only have 1 domain and 5 users.

Best service for me which allows more than 1 domain and 1000 mailboxes is Yandex. Also, it's free.

    Hi @adamus007p

there is any limitation due to sanctions?
    - As far as I know there are no sanctions, also, you don't have to provide any credit card just sign up like any other service. You may refer to: https://yandex.com/support/mail/web/letter/create.html

    "Restrictions on Yandex.Mail for domains"

could you write how to register or add a 1st domain?
    - Register here: https://mail.yandex.com/
    - Once register go here: https://connect.yandex.com/portal/admin/

In the left panel click Add Domain, then it will tell you to add a record to your DNS zone to validate that you are the owner of the domain.

Finally, add to your DNS like any other service MX, SPF and DKIM
    https://yandex.com/support/domain/set-mail/mx.html
    https://yandex.com/support/domain/set-mail/spf.html
    https://yandex.com/support/domain/set-mail/dkim.html

In terms of deliverability I migrated from Zoho to Yandex because Yandex doesn't have any mailbox size restrictions as Zoho, check: https://connect.yandex.com/pdd/#!organizations

    • 1000 mailboxes free. More available on request
    • Unlimited space for every mailbox
    • Email with your organization's domain
    • Employee contact info is always easy to find in the address book
    • API for integration with existing systems
I never had any problems with Yandex deliverability / availability for many domains in 1 year.

    Best Regards

Hello, I have just set up account with yandex.

there is a tutorial (it is not mine)

one thing which i different is hot to get DKIM

In my case there was no DKIM in DNS management https://connect.yandex.com/portal/admin/customization/dns

You need to find it under: Pricing and services > Emails and then select a tab DKIM signatures
    https://connect.yandex.com/portal/admin/customization/mail

@Fernando do you have the same? or I have different view?

    2. How to set up additional MX to have a backup of email eg. on my VPS?
At the moment i have one MX only at cloudflare.

    Hi @adamus007p

    Yes, the view is correct.

    2. How to set up additional MX to have a backup of email eg. on my VPS?

You can only have Yandex MX records, that applies to any other service. You have to use the MX records provided by your email provider. Yandex only uses 1 MX Record.

What exactly do you want to do in the VPS? To be able to send emails? If yes, then you have can configure posfix, you may refer to:
