Hi, anybody use Comodo Essential SSL ? What's the true benefit over Comodo Positive SSL ?

I read somewhere that Essential SSL's benefit over Positive SSL is "Signed with NIST recommended 2048-bit Industry standard SSL" , is that mean that Positive SSL doesnt support 2048 bit SSL ?

no difference these days as Positive is now 2048bit too to keep up with emerging standards PositiveSSL | Buy Discounted Comodo Positive SSL Certificate at 7.50/Yr

You may get a bit more browser compatibility with Essential than Positive though that probably is closed gap factor between then like 2048bit.

I’ve used both Comodo Essential SSL and Positive SSL, and honestly, there’s not much difference in terms of encryption strength — both support 2048-bit RSA encryption, which is industry standard. The main difference is usually in features like warranty amount, trust level, and sometimes issuance speed. For most standard websites, Positive SSL is enough unless you specifically need the extra warranty or brand reputation that comes with Essential SSL.
