Add new custom user profile field

    In Personal Details section and at initial forum registration, added a new user profile field to specifically ask if you are a Centmin Mod user. This allows me to further target forum and Centmin Mod security and bug fix notices or custom info display to just Centmin Mod users.

    If you use or have installed Centmin Mod LEMP stack, I'd update your personal details and set the Centmin Mod User field = yes :)
