For existing Centmin Mod 130.00beta01 users running EL8+ OSes after cmupdate, running centmin.sh menu will trigger this commit update function if repo_gpgcheck=1 is detected in REMI yum repo files and will automatically disable it and set repo_gpgcheck=0.
