    Maybe you could add as addon.
    If TLSv1_3 then ssl_ciphers:

    TLS13-AES-256-GCM-SHA384
    TLS13-CHACHA20-POLY1305-SHA256
    TLS13-AES-128-CCM-8-SHA256
    TLS13-AES-128-CCM-SHA256

    Otherwise with your code now, browser won't connect via the website as TLS 1.3 but TLS 1.2.

    yeah there's a part 3 commit later on - just getting the other stuff prepped now :)

    Do you think that draft 19, after 20 draft (0-19) is the final one?:)
