    add MariaDB 10.5 yum repo switch to archive.mariadb.org in 140.00beta01

    MariaDB 10.5 is EOL and yum.mariadb.org and its mirrors removed the 10.5
    directories, so on MariaDB 10.5 servers every yum/dnf command failed with
    "Failed to download metadata for repo 'mariadb'". archive.mariadb.org
    still has the centos7/8 and rhel7/8/9 amd64 repos.

    Changes:
    - inc/cpcheck.inc: add switch_mariadbtenfive_archives(), run by cpcheck()
    with the other MariaDB archive switches. It backs up mariadb.repo, points
    10.5 baseurls at archive.mariadb.org and the old RPM-GPG-KEY-MariaDB
    gpgkey at the supplychain key
