    fix PHP extension stripping crashing php-fpm after menu 5 in 132.00stable

    Menu 5 restarted php-fpm and then ran strip -s on the PHP extension .so
    files in place. On EL8/EL9, strip rewrites the same inode, which discards
    the running php-fpm's relocated pages for those files. New children then
    crashed with SIGSEGV (502s) until 100 failures triggered an emergency
    reload, and the master also crashed during module shutdown.

    Changes:
    - php_configure.inc: add strip_php_binary(), which strips a private copy
    and renames it into place, and strip each extension through it in
    strip_php_extensions(), so loaded mappings stay intact and no extra
    php-fpm restart is needed (ported from 141.00beta01)
