update php-fpm patch routine & cminfo in 130.00beta01

- update php patch routines to be more robust for PHP 7.4 and 8.0 allow it to detect failed patches and automatically restore the failed patch target file's original file
- update cminfo with 2 new arguments for nginx-patch-log and php-patch-log which will return the most recent php and nginx patch log file and display it's contents for easier inspection of the state of the last ran centmin.sh menu option 5 run and any relevant php-fpm patches. Existing Centmin Mod 130.00beta01 users can run cmupdate command and then run the cminfo updater script once, /usr/bin/cminfo_updater or cminfo_updater command
