fix PHP 5.6 bug #80710 backport imap_mail_compose() key checks in 140.00beta01

The PHP 5.6 backport of bug #80710 checked the first body part's
type.parameters and disposition keys in imap_mail_compose() before
reading them: the first check read an unset pointer, each later one
checked the previous key, and the last key was never checked. A PHP
5.6.40 build with imap crashed with a segfault on a valid key there.
The new patch reads each key first, skips keys that are not strings and
checks each key before using it, as php-src 37962c61d297 does.

Changes:
- patches/php/php5640-80710-keys.patch: new, fixes the four
type.parameters and disposition loops in ext/imap/php_imap.c and adds
the ext/imap/tests/bug80710_3.phpt test
- inc/php_patch.inc: apply php5640-80710-keys.patch right after
php5640-80710.patch in the PHP 5.6 patch block
