    fix AlmaLinux 8 vs Rocky Linux 8 vs Oracle Linux 8 workflow trigger in 132.00stable

    The 132.00stable dispatcher sent the 140.00beta01 event type, so a
    132.00stable push ran the 140.00beta01 betainstaller.sh test (cancelled
    as a duplicate of the 140.00beta01 push) and the 132.00stable test never
    ran.

    Changes:
    - send run-almalinux-vs-rockylinux-oraclelinux-8-workflow-13200stable,
    which the 132.00stable installer.sh workflow listens for
