enable MariaDB 10.5 & 10,6 upgrades by default in 131.00stable

- for centmin.sh menu option 11, enable the MariaDB 10.5 and 10.6 upgrade submenus by default to prevent folks from attempting manually removing and upgrading to MariaDB 10.6 themselves and potentially breaking their MariaDB server and PHP setups as removing MariaDB YUM packages also remove some YUM package dependencies required to properly compile PHP as well as will remove your Postfix mail server, pure-ftpd FTP server and other critical software if you attempt to upgrade MariaDB outside of centmin.sh menu option 11
