    improve Nginx 1.23+ compatibility in 124.00stable

    - backport Lua Nginx and headers more Nginx module related versions from 130.00beta01 to 124.00stable for better Nginx 1.23+ compatibility when NGINX_ONETWOTHREE_COMPAT='y' is set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc to allow Nginx upgrades to Nginx 1.23+
    - update and sync other software versions from 130.00beta01 in 124.00stable
