    update PHP versions including PHP 8.4.1 GA in 140.00beta01

    - PHP 8.4.1 GA official release added to 140.00beta01. Only Centmin Mod 140.00beta01 supports PHP 8.3, so Centmin Mod 131.00stable users and older need to update to 140.00beta01 first before running centmin.sh menu option 5 https://www.php.net/archive/2024.php#2024-11-21-4
    - PHP 8.3.14 and 8.2.26 default installers updated too https://www.php.net/archive/2024.php#2024-11-21-3 and https://www.php.net/archive/2024.php#2024-11-21-2
