    fix LuaJIT install for removed 2.0.5 tarball and rolling releases in 140.00beta01

    Nginx builds with ORESTY_LUANGINX='y' aborted on servers without a
    cached luagit-2.0.5.tar.gz because the LuaJIT v2.0.5 tarball is no
    longer available upstream. The tarball was only used when
    LUAJIT_GITINSTALL='n', and LuaJIT 2.0 cannot work with lua-resty-core,
    which requires LuaJIT 2.1. The luajit CLI symlink was also left
    dangling because openresty/luajit2 now sets RELVER at build time.

    Changes:
    - stop downloading and checking for the LuaJIT 2.0.5 tarball
    - use LUAJIT_GITINSTALL='y' with a warning when it is set to 'n'
    - derive the luajit symlink target from the built binary version
    - identical change verified with 141.00beta01 on AL8, AL9 and AL10
