    fix maxminddb orphan repair audit to check the built so directly in 140.00beta01

    The post-repair audit used php_ext_so_missing, which requires
    maxminddb.ini to still exist - but a failed GeoIP2 extension rebuild
    removes the stale ini as part of its .so-gated ini write, so the
    warning could never fire on exactly the failure it was meant to report.

    Changes:
    - inc/php_upgrade.inc: audit the maxminddb.so presence in the PHP
    extension dir directly after the reinstall attempt instead of via
    php_ext_so_missing
