Stable Branch MariaDB 10.3 got deprecated switch to archives mirror in 124.00stable

    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+
    MariaDB 10.3 got deprecated switch to archives mirror in 124.00stable

    - official MariaDB 10.3 YUM public baseurl mirror url got deprecated, so switching to archives version if MariaDB 10.3 is chosen as initial install version.
    - however, switched Centmin Mod 124.00stable from MariaDB 10.3 to MariaDB 10.4 default
