    Do we need to recompile Nginx?

    yeah there's no auto update for drop.conf change for existing installs, as to not overwrite end users own customisations, so yes just replace your drop.conf with one from centmin mod 123.09beta01 listed on github for nginx config files in /usr/local/nginx/conf at centminmod/centminmod for drop.conf specifically centminmod/centminmod
