update pagespeed.conf

- add additional filters by default
- enable rewrite_images by default. Previously it was disabled out of box as it can be cpu/memory resource intensive and low memory based VPS may have difficulties but years have past and VPS hardware has improved alot so switching to enabled by default seems logical now
