    update MariaDB 10.6 EOL repo handling and rhelN-amd64 paths in 140.00beta01

    MariaDB 10.6 reached end of life in July 2026 and MariaDB dropped the legacy
    centosN-amd64 yum directories for 10.6 and 10.11 across mirror.mariadb.org,
    archive.mariadb.org and third-party mirrors. Bring 10.6/10.11 handling in line
    with the existing 10.4/10.5 archive fallbacks and the rhelN-amd64 paths already
    used by the 11.4 modules.

    Changes:
    - mariadb_install106/upgrade106: rhelN-amd64 paths, mirror-first repomd probe with curl timeouts and xmllint/grep check, archive.mariadb.org fallback using supplychain GPG key via MDB_GPGKEY_URL
    - mariadb_install/upgrade 1011/114: EL7 rhel7-amd64
    - cpcheck.inc: idempotent repair of existing mariadb.repo centosN-amd64 entries for 10.6/10.11
