    revert aggressive postfix delivery overrides and keep postfix IPv4-only in 140.00beta01

    Fresh installs raised per-destination concurrency to 200, tried every MX
    host per delivery attempt and capped retry backoff at 1000s. When a
    mailbox provider like Gmail rate limits the server (421-4.7.28), that
    multiplies retry traffic and prolongs the block. checkipvsix() also
    switched postfix inet_protocols from ipv4 back to all on every run,
    undoing the IPv4-only default postfixsetup() applies with FORCE_IPVFOUR='y'.

    Changes:
    - postfixsetup(): stop overriding default_destination_concurrency_limit,
    smtp_destination_concurrency_limit, smtp_mx_session_limit and
    maximal_backoff_time so postfix defaults (20, 20, 2, 4000s) apply
    - checkipvsix(): only switch postfix inet_protocols to all when
    FORCE_IPVFOUR='n', matching postfixsetup()
