- update default nginx to 1.17.0
- add additional control variable, NGX_LUASTREAM_FORCED='y' for openresty stream-lua-nginx module https://github.com/openresty/stream-lua-nginx-module which can disable just this module via NGX_LUASTREAM_FORCED='n' setting in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc as a work around for potential incompatibility with nginx 1.17.0 https://community.centminmod.com/posts/74157/
