update centmin.sh menu option 2 wordpress cache enabler in 123.09beta01

- update centmin.sh menu option 2 wordpress auto installer's cache enabler configuration to Carlo's suggested improvements at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/cache-enabler-plugin-best-config.19113/page-2#post-84794
- prep work in generated /usr/local/nginx/conf/wpincludes/cache-enabler.domain.com/wpcacheenabler_cache-enabler.domain.com.conf include file where domain of wordpress site = cache-enabler.domain.com for cache enabler to cache search results which is disabled by default outlined at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/caching-search-results-with-standard-centminmod-install.20027/#post-85037. I added the settings in but commented out as they don't work without the accompanying wordpress functions.php modifications to redirect ?s= queries to /search/*
