    update nginx & php-fpm upgrade menu routines in 123.09beta01

    - add a 2nd do you still want to continue prompt after entering version numbers during centmin.sh menu option 4 & 5 runs to allow users to abort current run after entering a version number
    - add ctrl+z signal SIGTSTP to centmin.sh menu trap routine to exit centmin.sh menu on ctrl+z detection instead of pushing centmin.sh menu into background process https://community.centminmod.com/threads/centmin-sh-takes-up-100-when-forced-termination.17270/#post-73008
