    fix centmin-cli.sh service actions skipped for other services in 140.00beta01

    centmin-cli.sh's cmservice() lacked the final branch that centmin.sh has, so
    on EL7+ any service other than nginx, php-fpm and mysql (memcached, csf,
    pure-ftpd, postfix, redis and others) was silently not restarted when run
    through centmin-cli.sh.

    Changes:
    - centmin-cli.sh: add the systemctl branch for all other services, matching
    centmin.sh's cmservice()
