    fix brotli version guard to accept newer patch releases in 132.00stable

    brotli_version_check() from 11397237 only accepted exactly 1.0.10 and 1.1.1 on the
    1.0.x and 1.1.x lines, so a later fixed release such as 1.0.11 or 1.1.2 would
    have failed the nginx build.

    Changes:
    - accept brotli 1.0.10+, 1.1.1+ and 1.2.1+ (any later release of each line)
    - tools/test-nginx-dependency-gcc15.sh: add 1.0.11, 1.1.2 and 0.6.0 guard cases
