    update addons/passenger.sh & addons/ruby.sh in 123.09beta01

    - update Ruby version installed from 2.6.3 to 3.0.1 stable
    - existing users can run cmupdate and then re-run the relevant scripts to update and then exit SSH session and re-login to see updated ruby --version. If you only need to update Ruby, the only run addons/ruby.sh as you don't need to run addons/passenger.sh
