fall back in case curl one liner install method used
if curl one liner install is used, the $CM_INSTALLDIR and $CUR_DIR variables are not set
so included svr-setup.zip is not used as unzip can not find the file path. Error detection to
allow fallback so can properly use /downloads/svr-setup.zip for .08 beta 03
