fail2ban + CSF Firewall + Cloudflare for Centmin Mod

For a while now I have been working on a fail2ban configuration specifically made for Centmin Mod LEMP stack environments which uses CSF Firewall instead of iptables for fail2ban actionban routines as well as eventually add Cloudflare API support.

I have now publicly released a Centmin Mod fail2ban Github repository for this work for further testing specifically on CentOS 7 + Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 branch based installs.
