Sysadmin Excessive disk space

Hello,

I have a VPS running with a few virtual hosts. I have been monitoring the disk space of my 20GB allocation...

5.3G in /home/nginx/domains
2.8G in /srv-setup
3.3G in /usr
1.3G in /var
1G in /root

Is there any way to free up space in those directories (obviously not /home/nginx/domains)

So in theory, it would be safe to rm -rf /svr-setup/* ?
