    Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 is released. Although no announcement yet, the bits are available through their CDN.

    For example errata: RHSA-2024:9333 - Security Advisory - Red Hat Customer Portal and https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2024:9471

    Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux, are likely to follow soon, see this Git commit as an example.

    AlmaLinux 9.5 bits are online, but not yet announced and perhaps not yet synchronized to all mirrors. Index of /almalinux/9.5/ I would say try it only if you want to test programs soon on 9.5. Because the official release doesn't seem far away.

    Release is official now: Distribution Release: AlmaLinux OS 9.5
    The AlmaLinux OS project has published a new stable release, AlmaLinux OS 9.5. The new version focuses on security improvements and performance enhancements.

    Ran my regular updates last evening on my server and it is running 9.5 now.

    Looks like with EL9.5, they EOL GCC 12 toolset (gcc-toolset-12) and other packages in Rocky Linux at least Current Release 9.5 - Documentation
