Controls whether axel download accelerator is used instead of wget for faster parallel source tarball download routines. You override this by setting in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc the variable USEAXEL='n' - in which case wget single threaded downloads are made instead of axel multi threaded parallel downloads
