Enable Gcc and Openssl

    Hello :)

    Can you please remind me the variables that i must enable/disable to use Gcc and OpenSSL (latest stable versions) as it seems a bit faster than Clang and Libressl ?

    Is there any way to know if my Cpu is consider as new and will work with it? :)

    New would be Intel Xeon E3/E5 v4 or higher usually. Which means cpus released within past 2yrs or so i.e. E3-1240v5 or E3-1240v6 or E5-2640v4 etc.

    I think Openssl is faster :)

    FYI, OpenSSL 1.1.x has native Chacha20 support like LibreSSL.
