update centmin.sh menu option 2, 22 in 123.09beta01

If using letsencrypt ssl and choose option 2 or 4 for https default with either staging test or live ssl certificates respectively, add an extra message to note for cloudflare usage to disable Always Use HTTPS in cloudflare dashboard crypto tab to prevent too many redirects errors as Centmin Mod Nginx will do the non-https to https redirect on our end already with those selected options.
