    Investigating - Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers: A recent deployment of the Cloudflare API is breaking the state of customers that use specific actions on Terraform: "security_level", "minify" or "server_side_exclude" in a "cloudflare_page_rule" resource currently cannot apply Terraform.
