    New server CentOS7 - Invision Board 4.6.9 installed and running - all seems fine

    Have forum to send email confirmation to new user - testing at present

    Not a great email expert.....

    Doesnt appear to be sending emails - have IPS set up for PHP emails

    Anywhere I can look to find the issue ?

    Who's the web host, make sure they don't block outbound Postfix emails by default. Linode, Vultr and some others for new servers they block SMTP outbound emails until you contact them to provide verification ID - this is a spam precaution measure they take.

    Well after thinking Vultr were a really Good VPS platform......

    I cannot send any emails - totally ridiculous.....

    There reply to my request

    By bulk they mean 10 emails or more a month

    A bit harsh - I personally think its totally ridiculous - have asked for them to escalate it - give me a full refund or ill get a charge back done as blanket port 25 blocking for not a single outgoing email is plain stupid.....

    Not happy at all

    I like the Amazon email though - so how did you set it up for your servers / forums ? SMPT ? other ?
