Xenforo Building new server for Xenforo usage

I am building a new server for a XenForo site. I am wondering after installing centmin is there anything else that needs to be done in order for XenForo to work flawlessly?

I would suspect that the Nginx rewrites would be the only item I would install. Might down the road install xf enhanced search. Can that be run on the same server?
