I have a SYS server in USA but I'm getting a response time average of 300ms while another server in USA (not OVH) uses cPanel and has a response time average of 100ms.

From Sydney, hetrixtools reports 1300ms, same value as from India. Those are pretty high values and I can't believe even when Centminmod those values are still high.

    Any thoughts?

Open a support ticket at OVH and have OVH check it out.

Sorry, I forgot to mention both servers have XenForo
They said they want to check ehternet ports and ethernet cable connection to the switch. However, it seems they didn't find any specific reason yet

They could also blame XenForo/centmind since this isn't server ping, the response time is being getting from port 80.

Could also be hetrixtools location or your servers ip geolocation data and/or how response time is measured i.e. IP reports a location different from its physical location.

Not really, response time hasn't been good even by using Uptimerobot. I'm using cloudflare for DNS only, not CDN so monitoring tools are watching the real server ip

no they aren't, the second isn't in ovh. OVH asks to ping the server but when ping response time is 300ms. It should be around 100ms like others

    OVH is getting things complicated
Is there any monitoring tool that can run .sh scripts so I can do mtr just when the timeout error happens?
