    Hello,

I specifically asked my server provider for CentOS 6.5, since it's compatible with the latest stable version (Centmin Mod v1.2.3-eva2000.07). But after going through the first step of installing Centmin mod, I noticed that CentOS version is 6.6. I didn't check beforehand so I'm not sure if CentOS auto-updated from the installation process or did my server provider mess up?

    Centminmod is compatible with CentOS 6.5, 6.6, 7.0, 7.1.
    So that's fine.

well .08 beta 03 does auto update via yum update on initial install.

centmin .07 stable doesn't specifically, but depends on your web host - some have outdated labels for their iso images so they report centos 6.5 but the image might be 6.6. Some other hosts like Vultr do an auto yum update when deploying the initial VPS so you always get latest.

Thanks for the info! I realized 6.6 should be okay so I'm continuing with your guides. Cheers. :)
