    Hi,
I know for uptime, performance and reliability you recommend to use 3rd party DNS hosting service but I want to use my own name servers like a hosting provider.

I created custom name servers for serverDomain.com & I installed NSD, it's working as expected.
    I have another domain which is customerDomain.com. I changed the customerDomain.com's name servers to ns1.serverDomain.com - ns2.serverDomain.com
I create a dns zone for customerDomain.com via centmin.sh menu option 3 (NSD setup domain name DNS).
When I look inside the /etc/nsd/master/customerDomain.com.zone file I saw:
    Code:
    ns1.customerDomain.com
    ns2.customerDomain.com
If I change them manually to:
    Code:
    ns1.serverDomain.com
    ns2.serverDomain.com
    it works!

Just I want to say I think inside option 3 there can be an extra option which is "whould you like to use another name server?" something like that..

    Thanks.

Yeah the current assumption is added domain's DNS also wants ns1/ns2 for that added domain. If all the domains are using local NSD DNS server, then really wouldn't matter which ns1/ns2 they use really as every domain using local NSD DNS would need to edit their DNS zone files on the same server.

I'll have to think about this. But thanks for the suggestion :)
