Sysadmin Which C compiler is better, GCC or Clang or other alternative

    Hi there,

    As I compile a lot and RTFM here, there is many testing to get things done.

    Now I want to know what the best compiler is and what to set into the /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc to get the best results / speeds.

    Nginx 1.31.x
    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+
    Just use GCC 8 - which is the default for CentOS 7 centmin mod installs for Nginx
