    Ah that's good to know. EU regulatory folks will be busy for years to come - guess alot of new job opportunities are coming from GDPR hehe

    That is the biggest GDPR problem. you can make legislation, if you do not have staff to maintain it (whatever they don't have in the member states), it makes 0.0 sense.

    Apart from the content, the GDPR is a failure.
    The regulations should already be available in 2016 to make an easy transition possible for May 2018. However, they have adjusted various matters in the meantime.

    Are you going to make the forum GDPR proof?

    Xenforo has an update for getting closer to that but I haven't done the update yet - need to find a good chunk of spare time to investigate :)

    hehe.. Google and Facebook is going to be impacted by this one Google weeps as its home state of California passes its own GDPR fines are $7,500 violation per user !

    and Facebook did all that hard working moving users out of EU early too !

    Interesting to revisit GDPR seems Google wins in court that GDPR's 'right to be forgetten' only applies for EU only visitors Google wins case as court rules “right to be forgotten” is EU-only !
